October 14, 2003  Corporate Resolution – Moratorium

 

Be it hereby resolved, by the Board of Directors of Forest Lakes Mutual Water Company (FLMWC), as recorded in the October 14th, 2003 minutes of the general session board meeting.  Effective January 1, 2004, no water service shall be provided to any premises not previously served within the Forest Lakes tract Service Area as defined on the Service Area Map filed at the FLMWC corporate office.  This moratorium will remain in effect until the study and development of a new water source to meet the demands and requirements of our consumers’ human consumption, sanitation, and fire protection need be satisfied and complete.
